Development and Support

A unique feature of the software designed and developed at stial is the use of a Web based Development control tool called Application Manager.

This web based control tool enables the customer to interact with all aspects of the design and development.

All design documents, change requests, screen layouts and table designs are logged in Application Manager.

The customer can easily log in and see the design documents, make amendments, change priorities as well as having overall control over the development budget.

All support calls are logged onto Application Manager and the customer has immediate access to where they are in the queue.

All releases are controlled and immediate roll back is available in the event of any issues.
